To prepare all Tenants and Staffs encountering emergency situations, routine Fire Drills are becoming a good habit to be nurtured.

Apartemen Pavilion had been awarded 1st Prize Trophy from DKI Municipal Housing Dept. as The Best Building Management in Mixed Use Apartment Category for the 3rd time in a row: 2007 + 2008 +2009!
- Oct 13th, 2009 - New Gym Facilities
To further facilitate the health-keeping activities of the Tenants, on May 2011 the Gym area was being renovated and invigorated.
- Oct 13th, 2009 - New Lift Wire Ropes
During the first semester of 2011, to increase the safety and convenience of all Tenants, the wire-ropes of all Service Lifts and six Passenger Lifts were being replaced with the new ones.
